"Super comfy and high quality"
I got the pod over the weekend, and it’s just what I hoped for and then some.
This bean bag is fantastic, and my kids are bickering over it! : )
I may need to grab another one!
The delivery took longer than expected, but it was totally worth it.

"Incredibly comfy and perfect for gaming"
This item is fantastic. Incredibly comfy and perfect for gaming. After testing out a bunch of bean bags from different brands, I can confidently say this one takes the cake. The folks in customer service who assisted me with my order were super friendly and professional.

"The delivery date shown on the site is off..."
The date for delivery that was listed on the site is totally inaccurate. I just received an automated reply to my email, and I still have no clue what's going on with my order or my cash.

This company is the worst! I didn’t get any updates on my orders. After I disputed the charge with my credit card, suddenly they started reaching out to me.

Fantastic item and support. They didn’t have the shade I wanted, so a cover (no charge) is on its way…superb communication from the company, definitely easy to suggest. Really great product!

"Fantastic Shopping Adventure"
My family has been loving the amazing items from Remy: my dad, who has Alzheimer’s, truly unwinds with the weighted blanket we gifted him; I adore my Pod—it’s solved the issue of finding a comfy spot when you’re not super tall; other relatives and pals enjoy using the little pod footstools for their feet and a quick place to plop down. The crew always gets back to me in no time for any questions I have about their products. I’d definitely recommend both the products and the service! 👍

"Awful customer support"
Awful customer support. I placed an order for this blanket three weeks back. Still haven't received any shipping updates. I've tried calling three times, but it just goes to voicemail. Also shot off two emails and haven't heard a peep back.

"Almost a MONTH gone by and still no sign..."
It's been almost a MONTH since I placed my order. I've reached out to the 'CEO' three times via email and even tried social media, but no reply whatsoever. Total scam, nearly £200 down the drain and nada to show for it. STAY AWAY!

"Delicate Material"
My Remy Pod or Zero-gravity beanbag arrived promptly, and I find it quite comfy. But my rating is mainly about the fabric. It's pretty delicate, which caught me off guard after watching the videos on the site. A button or a hangnail can easily snag it. (You’ll see the threads start to pull.) So, it’s not the sturdiest option out there. I could overlook that if it wasn’t priced so high! That’s why I gave it this score.

"Absolutely fantastic in all aspects!"
The ordering was super easy, and the blanket is just amazing. It helped me so much that we quickly grabbed one for my niece who deals with anxiety. There was a minor hiccup, but the incredible customer service team handled it quickly and effortlessly, so I can't recommend them enough. Remy is truly next level in every aspect.

I ordered over two weeks ago and haven't received my stuff yet. Customer service hasn't replied at all. I'm starting to feel like this whole deal is a scam!!

"Failed to deliver the pod cover as promised, and customer service is unresponsive"
Terrible experience with customer service. After waiting a couple of weeks since I ordered in early December 2022, I got an email saying the color I chose was unavailable. They offered to send the pod right away and promised to mail me a grey cover by 10/01/2023. Still haven't received anything, and I've emailed them several times with no reply whatsoever.
